Curtain-wall caps, cut and assembled.
Customer-supplied painted extrusions, cut to length and machined with countersunk side holes, then fitted with end caps for Flynn’s curtain-wall package.
Final pickup · July 2026
A finished curtain-wall cap still needs the right length, fixing details and end treatment before it can move to the next assembly stage. For Flynn’s CAMH Research Level 6 package, Canadian Metal Fabricators carried out that defined fabrication scope.
The starting point
Flynn supplied the painted extrusion stock, painted end caps and screws. Its package defined the finished lengths and side-hole details, with separate priorities for the releases.
The work
CMF cut the profiles to size, machined the specified countersunk side holes, and assembled the end caps using the existing screw chases in the extrusion. The scope combined part preparation and end-cap assembly.
The handoff
The work moved in priority batches, including a separate release for the backorder. Flynn confirmed the Priority 2 shipment reached site and the final Level 6 backorder was picked up on July 23, 2026. This case covers the cap fabrication package; the wider building project continued separately.
